Two Naked Couples Claim To Be The Victim Of 3 Trespassing Birdwatchers Accused of Perving On Their Private Activities
Terry Patchitt head of the Yorkshire Yellow Hammer’s Bird Club, is first to comment, “The Shore Lark is a rare European bird, and is a rare sighting in England. As soon as we heard 4 of them were seen in Shrikeshire, we bundled our gear in the van, collected the club and were straight over to Bimblewick!”
They claimed an app showing the most recent sightings, led them to private property off Saint Peter’s Nature Trail, and they climbed a fence into a two acre orchard.
We heard what we thought was the flapping of wings, and movement in the bushes, so of course you turn the binoculars that way. What we didn’t realise is something else was flapping, and to the gentleman who was enjoying private nudity in his own garden holding a large super soaker, we understand it must have looked like some sort of indecent peeping tom expedition.”
The three of them were stood behind a small rose bush with their telescopic accoutrements aimed right at the couple engaged in a naked water fight.
“I assure you if the purposes of our presence was to get kinks out of a garden full of naked people, we would not be wearing wax jackets and bobble hats with sewn on labels advertising our bird club.”
“I’d seen a Great Crested Grebe and wanted to document it for the Royal Society for the Protection of Birds stats. I certainly wasn’t doing what was inferred documenting a naked couple or taking notes about their wobbly bits.”
“What we have here is a very clear violation of the laws of privacy. The adults were engaging in a private safe environment, and the group from Yorkshire had clearly violated the perimeter that separates that privacy. Explanation or not, it’s still breaking the law, and our officers operated professionally and properly. There are still discrepancies in the statement and the four minute time factor of staring at the naked couple is still a perturbance.”
The very fact the couple wish to remain entirely anonymous, is the only reason the Bird Club is not being prosecuted!
